1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the s6x6 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at s6x6.io.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "s6x6" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means the operator of the s6x6 Platform and all its associated services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Player's s6x6 wallet, inclusive of real-money deposits and any applicable bonus amounts.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used on the s6x6 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional, welcome, reload, or event-based credits added to an account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any amount staked by a Player on a sporting event outcome, casino game, or other game of chance or skill offered on the Platform.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service offered by s6x6, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
• You have read and accept the s6x6 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, truthful, and current.

Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. s6x6 recommends that Players review the Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the s6x6 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by s6x6 or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of s6x6 or any of its gaming partners.
• You are not acting under duress or as a compulsive gambler seeking to circumvent any responsible gaming measure.

s6x6 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of s6x6 services, a Player must create an Account by providing accurate registration details including a valid username, email address, date of birth, and preferred payment method. Pseudonymous or incomplete registrations may be rejected or suspended pending verification.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active Account on the s6x6 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. s6x6 employs device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplication is detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, balances forfeited, and the matter reviewed by the compliance team.

4.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including username and password. s6x6 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA/OTP) via the Account security settings. s6x6 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their login credentials.

If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify s6x6 immediately at [email protected] or via the in-platform live chat.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

s6x6 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account restriction or closure. Verification requests are issued in the interest of player protection and fraud prevention.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

s6x6 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following BDT payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. No foreign currency is accepted or disbursed. s6x6 does not accept cash, bank cheques, or third-party payment intermediaries not listed above.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set per payment method and may vary. Players may view current limits within the Finance / Wallet section of their Account.

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to the s6x6 wallet within seconds of a successful mobile money transfer under normal circumstances. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes of submission, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements. s6x6 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or banking cut-off times.

5.4 Same Payment Method Rule

Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. s6x6 will not transfer withdrawal funds to a different mobile wallet or card than the one used to fund the Account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players against unauthorised withdrawals.

5.5 Fees

s6x6 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own service charges. Players should consult the relevant provider's fee schedule independently. s6x6 is not responsible for fees levied by payment partners.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the s6x6 Platform are final once confirmed. A bet may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed after it has been accepted by the system, except in circumstances where s6x6 determines that a manifest error has occurred. The minimum and maximum stake amounts for each market or game are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.

6.2 Sports Betting

s6x6 offers betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports as listed in the sportsbook. All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is placed. In-play betting markets are offered on selected events; the availability of in-play odds does not guarantee continuous coverage and markets may be suspended or removed without notice.

6.3 Casino and Crash Games

Casino games available on s6x6 — including live dealer tables, slots, and crash games — are provided by licensed third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others). Each game operates under the rules established by its provider. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective studios and may be viewed within the individual game information panels.

6.4 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event of a technical error, feed failure, data error, or manifest pricing mistake, s6x6 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. This includes situations where odds are clearly displayed at incorrect values due to a system fault. s6x6 will communicate any such voidances via in-platform notification or email within a reasonable timeframe.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by s6x6 are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds conditions, and game restrictions as specified in the individual promotion's terms. General bonus terms apply where specific promotion terms are silent on any matter.

7.2 Abuse of Bonuses

s6x6 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a Player is exploiting promotional offers in bad faith. Patterns indicative of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematically betting on outcomes with low variance to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, and using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will expire and be removed from the Player's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Real-money balances are not affected by bonus expiry.

7.4 Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion

A Player may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, including before wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met. In such cases, the bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from those bonus funds will be forfeited. The Player's real-money balance (net of any bonus-funded losses) will be available for withdrawal subject to standard processing procedures.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the s6x6 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected bug must be reported immediately and will be subject to review.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on s6x6.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or fraudulent payment claims against s6x6 without legitimate grounds.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring account access to any third party.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion, or account limit imposed by s6x6.
• Collusion with other Players in live poker or any game where collaborative play provides an unfair advantage.

Where s6x6 identifies or reasonably suspects any prohibited activity, it reserves the right to suspend the relevant Account immediately, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and take all steps necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the s6x6 Platform — including but not limited to the s6x6 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of s6x6 or its licensed content partners and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit the reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse-engineering, scraping, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content or data.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is governed by the providers' own licensing agreements with s6x6.

10 Privacy and Data

s6x6 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

Personal data collected during registration and account operation — including name, date of birth, contact details, payment method identifiers, and transaction history — is used for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of platform services. s6x6 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming

s6x6 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within every Player account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Players may define a maximum loss amount over a set period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is blocked until the period resets or the limit is adjusted.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to be notified when they have been active on the Platform for a defined length of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply a temporary restriction on their account ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used for deposits or wagering.

12 Suspension and Termination

12.1 By s6x6

s6x6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, non-compliance with responsible gaming obligations, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, s6x6 may forfeit any balance held in the account, including real-money funds, if those funds are determined to be proceeds of prohibited activity (such as bonus abuse or fraudulent deposits). In all other cases, remaining real-money balances will be returned to the originating payment method following the completion of any outstanding investigation.

12.2 By the Player

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting s6x6 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any pending investigation.

Closure of an account does not release the Player from any obligation arising under these Terms prior to the closure date, including any outstanding debt to s6x6.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s6x6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Loss or corruption of data.
• Interruption or cessation of platform services due to technical failure, maintenance, or third-party disruption.
• Delays in deposit processing or withdrawal disbursement attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Outcomes of bets or games placed in reliance on erroneous odds, data feeds, or game states arising from a technical fault.

s6x6's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits s6x6's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

s6x6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, s6x6 will provide notice to registered Players via in-platform notification, email, or a prominent notice on the s6x6 website, at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect where practicable.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a Player objects to any amendment, they may close their Account in accordance with Section 12.2 before the amendment takes effect.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the s6x6 Platform's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and s6x6 arising from the Platform's services, the Player is encouraged to contact the s6x6 support team in the first instance to seek resolution. s6x6 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances require it.
